What may be requested during prequalification

Depending on the scope, SPES may request a W-9; legal business information; applicable USDOT, MC, state, or trade authority; current insurance certificates; service territory; equipment, crew, and facility capacity; commercial or institutional references; pricing terms; subcontracting information; background-screening capability; and relevant government identifiers or certifications.

Registration expresses interest only. It does not create employment, agency, partnership, exclusivity, a subcontract, or a guarantee of work.
